Anne Sastromedjo is an external PhD candidate from the Municipality of Amsterdam, at the Department of Political Science at the University of Amsterdam. Her research is centered around the development of the governmental structure of the municipal board of Amsterdam and is focused on dimensions of power in policy and policy decisions. Prof. dr. John Grin is her supervisor and co-supervisor is dr. Imrat Verhoeven. Sastromedjo's research is part of the Urban Research program at the Municipality of Amsterdam, coordinated by the CSO Prof. Dr. Caroline Nevejan.
