  • Profile

I’m a Kentucky native, who crossed the pond in 2012 to do a traineeship with the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment. I fell in love with the Netherlands and all things urban, which led me to obtain my Masters in Urban Studies at the University of Amsterdam. Shortly after I started doing what I love and know best: researching answers to the very real challenges facing our cities. My expertises include bridging the gap between bottom-up and top-down processes, place branding and social innovation, urban activism and experimenting with city streets to transform urban mobility.
