F.H.K.Wanders
Frank Wanders (1984) is a Postdoctoral Researcher at a project at the Department of Sociology at the University of Amsterdam.
He's contributing to collecting data for a large scale panel study and researching adolescence with a dual focus on:
1) Understanding the socialization and development of democratic values
2) Understanding the relation between social inequalities, democratic values and the eductional development and opportunities of adolescents.
Previously he studied sociology and philosophy at the University of Groningen did his PhD in Educational Science at the University of Amsterdam on the contribution of schools to societal participation of young adults.
He is also working at ProDemos: House of democracy and Rule of Law where he examines the effectiveness of several programmes.
