ACES has made available financial support for three of its affiliated postdocs whose research has been seriously hampered by the Covid-19 pandemic. This support will enable the postdocs to finish their research projects properly and at the same time prepare for the next step in their research careers.

ACES has made available financial support for three of its affiliated postdocs whose research has been seriously hampered by the Covid-19 pandemic. This support will enable the postdocs to finish their research projects properly and at the same time prepare for the next step in their research careers. 

ACES support will be used for contract extensions of three to four months. These are directed towards postdocs who are involved in interdisciplinary activities within ACES and work in ongoing ACES-associated research projects:

  • At the Humanities Faculty: Davide Beraldo. He is a postdoc in the ERC Starting Grant DATACTIVE (Data Activism: The Politics of Big Data according to Civil Society) project directed by Stefania Milan.
  • At the Law Faculty: Marta Morvillo. She is a Marie Curie Fellow at the Amsterdam Centre for European Law and Governance in the CONPLEX (The Constitutional Place of Expertise) project, supervised by Christina Eckes and Maria Weimer.
  • At the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences: Bernardo Rangoni. He is a postdoc in the H2020 InDivEU (Integrating Diversity in the European Union) project directed by Jonathan Zeitlin.
