The Harvest Day is the landmark event of the Amsterdam Institute for Social Science Research (AISSR) where social scientists and relevant organizations come together to discuss the “harvest” of their research.

The 10th edition

This year was the 10th AISSR Harvest Day. A special milestone in which we looked back and forward to the social sciences and the role of our institute. During this day, we reflected on the social sciences and their impact on our changing world.

Keynote lectures

The day started with a plenary program by our three distinguished keynote speakers, who shared their perspectives on a changing world in relation to Intersectionality & Social Justice, Computational & Digital Research, and Climate & Democracy. Their lectures were followed by a 1-to-1 conversation with an AISSR researcher.
