Over the past decades, the dynamics of state capitalism in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region have undergone significant transformation. From sovereign wealth funds and state-owned enterprises to public-private ventures and elite networks, states across the region are reshaping their economic roles in response to both internal and global pressures.
