The Centre for Sustainable Development Studies (CSDS) at the University of Amsterdam will host an interactive workshop titled Urban Pulse: An Environmental Comfort Challenge Game. Using playful and participatory methods, the event invites participants to reflect on environmental comfort in cities and on the social, spatial and environmental factors that influence how urban life is organised and lived.

At the core of the workshop is a role-based serious game in which participants collaboratively engage with urban environmental challenges. The game format offers a hands-on way to experiment with strategies for balancing environmental, social and spatial priorities in complex urban settings.

The workshop will be facilitated by Sina Ataee, Helder Relvas, Myriam Lopes and Farzaneh Abedian Aval. Lunch will be provided during the day. The event will take place in Room TBC at the University of Amsterdam.

The event is organised by the Centre for Sustainable Development Studies. It is intended as an interactive and exploratory session rather than a traditional lecture-based event, creating space for participants to learn through experience, discussion and collaboration.
